 The present study investigates the structure and content of oral scientific arguments constructed by 6-year-old students in Greece when they answered questions about light propagation through objects, dissolution substances water, flow electric current objects. research was conducted with participation 64 primary school (6 years old), while interview served as data collection tool. Research included students’ answers (arguments) to interview. Students’ were analyzed rubrics evaluating sufficiency appropriateness components arguments. analysis allowed categories be determined. It found that sufficient appropriate claims, some them evidence, but no reasonings or rebuttals at all.
